Carpenter & Fabricator
Lucas is a carpenter and fabricator based in Eastern MA who loves working with both wood and metal. Whether it's trimming out a room or machining replacement parts for a restoration, he is always up for a challenge and loves problem solving.
Sider and Carpenter
As a self taught siding installer who works alone, Desmond is constantly seeking ways to make every tasks a bit more efficient. Fun fact: the oldest tool in his daily tool-box is a 25mm Olfa knife that was given to him by an OLFA rep over 15 years ago.
Commercial Building Engineer
As a building engineer, Andrew often bounces across several job fields. He could be doing plumbing repairs one day and drywall or electrical the next. Outside of work he is a hobbyist woodworker and a tool reviewer, who loves spending time with his children.
Site Supervisor, Lead Carpenter & Mentor
Aron is a Red Seal carpenter who's been in the trade since 1999. Before that, he spent time in the Canadian Armed Forces. He's been fortunate to experience all aspects of the trade: residential, commercial and industrial. He enjoys the challenge of renovating an old house. As part of his job, he is able to mentor the next generation of apprentices.
"Jake" of All Trades
Jacob's day to day can vary drastically. He can go from running wire in an attic, to trimming excess filament from a 3D print. He loves working on cars, woodworking, metal fabrication, and using his hands and mind whenever a project falls in his lap. Whether it’s trimming edge banding and veneers or cutting sheathing off of wire, he is right at home in just about any shop.
Red Seal Carpenter
Chris is a "jack of all trades, master of one". No matter the size of project, he will tackle it. It’s the oddly satisfying things that get us all in a daze, and you can see that throughout his daily content. He is a loving husband to Ashley and a father to his children. One important lessson from Chris: mistakes are just another word for EXPERIENCE and confidence is key.
