Its cold out but you do not have to sacrifice function for fashion. Here is a quick and easy Hooded Scarf tutorial & FREE Pattern that keeps you warm and looks super fun and cool. You are going to want one in every color!
MATERIALS & TOOLS NEEDED:
- OLFA RM-MG; RM-MG-01 24" X 36" Green Double-Sided, Self-Healing Rotary Mat
- OLFA RTY-2DX/MAG 45mm Ergonomic Rotary Cutter
- OLFA 7-Inch SCS-2 Serrated-Edge Stainless Steel Scissors
- Clips or pins
- Fabric: 1 yard of stretch knit fabric 42” in width
- Cut 4 (2 piece will be your lining)

INSTRUCTIONS
- With right sides together, pin two hooded pieces together down the hood seam.
2. Stitch. Trim.
3. Complete steps 1 and 2 for remaining hood lining pieces.
4. With right sides facing pin lining to the main hood, matching hood seams. Pin along the entire scarf.
5. Stitch ⅜ “ seam allowance along the entire hood & scarf, leaving about a 3” opening at the neck of the hood for turning.
6. Turn the entire hood right side out.
7. Press and close the opening.
8. I like to use stitch witch to secure my openings and then either slipstitch or edge stitch.
Voila! You're done.
