Materials:
• 4” Square Flannel
• 4” Square Terrycloth
• Tearaway or wash-away embroidery stabilizer
Tools:

- OLFA RM-MG-01/GRY 24”x36” Double-Sided Self-Healing Rotary Mat, Gray
- OLFA 5-Inch SCS-4 Precision Appliqué Scissors

- (1) Flannel circle with cutter at 1 &5/8
- (1) Terrycloth circle with cutter at 1 &5/8
(3:57) Stitching out design
- Hoop up a piece of stabilizer and stitch out the first step which is a placement line
- Place the Terrycloth circle right side down on top of the placement line and stitch out the next step
- Place the flannel circle right side up on top of the Terrycloth and stitch out the the quilting
- The last step adds a satin stitch around the makeup remover pad

- Remove the stabilizer from the Makeup Remover Pad
