If at any time you are dissatisfied with these “Satisfaction Guaranteed” products, Corelle Brands d/b/a/ OLFA – North America will provide an equally valued replacement. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of replacement product. Should you be dissatisfied with any such product, please keep it. You may be asked to return it. Please contact our Consumer Care Center for warranty claims.
*PLEASE NOTE: This Policy does not apply to OLFA TouchKnife®, OLFA scissors, OLFA mats, OLFA rulers, disposable OLFA multi-purpose scrapers, all styles and models of 18mm, 28mm, 45mm, 60mm, rotary cutter replacement blades, and all styles and models of “KB” art knife replacement blades.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with any item, the Corelle Brands Consumer Care Center will process the return or replacement of items sold through our E-Commerce Website site or our Consumer Care Center for a full refund minus the original shipping and handling charges. If the item is no longer offered, a refund will be processed. Products must be unused and in the original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt in order to be returned for a refund through our Consumer Care Center or at any of our CORNINGWARE CORELLE & More Stores. Price matches and adjustments will not be allowed for promotions offered during the Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday period of time. Starting Thanksgiving Thursday running for 10 days through the following Saturday, whether offered by Corelle Brands or a competitor.
Please return the item (unused and in the original packaging) for a credit to the address listed below along with the return merchandise form that was included in the order or the order confirmation.
